From the filling, tableting, or blistering to the desired packaging of your products: At GECHEM we can get everything, be it small containers or big bags, into the batch sizes of your choice.
Contract filling
GECHEM owns both semi-automatic and fully automatic filling and packaging lines. This way we can offer you competitive prices for these services.
Powders and granules
We can fill powders and granules into various containers of one gramme to one tonne. This is an area where we can meet (virtually) every requirement.
Liquids
Whether it is about the handling of small quantities of 50 ml or large quantities of a thousand litres – as a reliable partner who is experienced in the filling and packaging of products, we fill bottles, tins, canisters, sealed-rim pouches, specially shaped containers, barrels, and containers with the liquids of your choice. This also applies to hazardous substances.
Tableting
With our high-performance press machines, we can press tablets weighing between 1 g and 25 g – whether one-layer, two-layer or three-layer tablets, in round or rectangular shapes. Apart from your recipes, we also offer tablet recipes of our own that we can press for you. In addition, we also have stamp sets with special formats available for you.
Blister packaging
After the pressing the tablets are packaged. A typical option for tablets is blister packaging. It is attractive, ensures product visibility and makes it easy to remove individual tablets. We offer our customer several blister formats.
Film packaging
Apart from blister packaging we offer our customers the option of film packaging their tablets, which may include the use of water-soluble film.
Packing
When it comes to packing, we are able, due to our expertise and machinery, to offer the entire range available in the marketplace: from folding boxes to specially shaped containers, tubular and sealed-rim bags, bottles, tins, canisters, big bags, or entire containers – the choice is yours!
