When we talk about formulating, we mean the mixing of different substances using exactly defined quantities. During that process, one or several raw materials are combined to produce a mixture that must comply with all statutory and individual requirements concerning the respective chemical-technical product.

Mixing solids
When it comes to the formulation of solids, the choice of raw materials and the best possible mixing technique determine the quality of the end product. It involves our laboratory monitoring the cleaning of the system before the batch-controlled production process starts.

- Several Lödige ploughshare mixers with a capacity of up to 3000 litres offering the option of liquid injections
- Several Nauta mixers with a capacity of up to 3000 litres offering the option of liquid injections
- Structurally identical Lödige and Nauta mixers are available as pilot scale mixers
- Various heating cabinets
