Pressing tablets
Whether it is about the pressing of small tablets weighing up to 9 grammes or larger, one- to two-layer tablets weighing between 15 and 25 grammes: We have the right high-performance press machines to meet all requirements and can produce round or rectangular shapes for you.
You decide whether you wish to use the recipes that we have developed and tested ourselves or whether you prefer us to press the mixtures provided by you.
Film-packaging tablets
We offer our customers the option of film-packaging their tablets after they have been pressed. At GECHEM we can film-package your tablets using standard or water-soluble film (e.g. for dishwasher tablets).
Blister-packaging tablets
The blister pack is the classical type of packaging used for smaller tablets. We have the right machinery to assemble the pressed tablets for you, using a variety of formats.

Recycling tablets
Broken tablets are a precious raw material that you can actively re-use: During our tablet recycling process, your broken tablets – regardless of whether they are film-packaged or not – are ground down in such a way that the resulting granules can once more be used for the production of tablets.
