Good pay, fair working hours
At GECHEM we pay our staff the collectively agreed wages for 37.5 working hours per week. This is a figure that you can count on. If, however, at times, longer working hours are required, it goes without saying that you will be compensated for any overtime worked.

As co-founder of the Leiningerland training association we spend a great deal of time, more than is commonly required, engaging with young professionals: At GECHEM, trainees are, from the very start, given an insight into different areas and offered a multiplicity of options.
